The staff were super friendly. the location was great and comfortable. - the room had exceptionally comfortable beds. - the breakfast had a lot of selection and the food was great.

Its location was particularly good next to a large park. The rooms they offer were reasonably large and tidy with a large communal garden as well as comfy bed.

Ideal location for our trip to the southern Spain as it is located on the motorway but not noisy at all, rooms are basic but all you need for a one night stop at a reasonable price, good bar, but resurant is limited.very helpfull staff.

The hotel’s location near the metro station, central Madrid, and the airport was convenient. Our queen room was well-equipped with a safe box, central heating, and a work desk.

Our stay at Los Olivos was a great value for the money. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The hotel's location, tucked away among the trees, made for a peaceful stay, and we even enjoyed a refreshing swim in the open air swimming pool. The staff was polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved with more gluten-free options.

The hotel was slightly dated, but very clean and the food and service in the resturant was very excellent.

Its is very hard to find and you need a car to visit any attractions as the only access to the city is via a bus then the metro. Buses stop at 9.20pm. There is no where to go on foot from the hotel.

Swimming pool opens only during the afternoon from 13h to 18h. This is very uncommon and the information was not published here intentionally as staff at reception admitted. lcd tv had no signal (only blue screen). No air conditioned remote control was available nor any way to control the unit unless using the disconnector next to it.

Great value and helpful staff. Had an enjoyable Christmas stay, with two standout features being the great value for the price paid and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The staff was always willing to assist in any way possible, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to major highways and main roads.

The hotel is located in a rather run down industrial area, but it's on the hill next door providing a quiet atmosphere. I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Fernando at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel has a basic, old-style motel feel, but it was perfect for what I needed. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Warner park, a restaurant, a metro station with plenty of free parking, and even a hill for some nice views.
